Lexicon AB (organization number 556540-8134) ("Lexicon") conducts competence development for companies and organizations, and in our business we sometimes process personal data. We protect the integrity of all our customers and other people who come into contact with us. All our processing takes place in accordance with this policy and the requirements under the Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR). 1. Personal data and personal data controller

A personal data is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as a name, social security number or contact details. This policy describes inter alia: the personal data processing we conduct and provide you with information about your rights as registered.

The parent company Lexicon AB (Box 863, 111 37 Stockholm) is the personally responsible person responsible for processing under this privacy policy.

2. Description of our personal data processing

Our personal information processing mainly deals with the handling of name and contact information in connection with booking of courses and the like. We describe below the personal data covered by our personal data processing, as well as the purpose and legal basis for this, as well as the duration of the treatment.

2.1 Customer contact in connection with booking of education

2.1.1 What personal data processing do we do?

In connection with booking of education or consulting services, we collect personal information in the form of contact information. The information consists of name, email, telephone, company and billing address. We collect the information to contact you both before and after your current education / consulting.

2.1.2 Which / for legal reasons do we support the treatment?

The information processed in connection with the reservation of education or consulting services is processed on the basis of the agreement entered into between you as a customer and the client of our services and by us as a provider of the service in question. Our processing of these personal data is necessary in order to fulfill our obligations under the agreement we hereby include. Following current education / consultancy, we save the data for 12 months based on an interest balance, considering that our interest in storing your information to contact you with information and marketing is heavier than your interest in protecting your personal privacy.

3. Your rights as registered

By GDPR follows that you as a registered person have certain rights that you may claim in relation to our processing of your personal information.

3.1 Right to request access to your stored personal data

As a registered person, you are entitled to request access to your stored personal information. If requested multiple times, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee to administer your request. A request can be made in writing and sent to us by mail to gdpr@lexicon.se. We may need to take steps to ensure the identity of someone who requests an excerpt.

3.2 Other rights

You also have the right to request correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data and to make a request for a transfer of your personal data, data portability. Furthermore, you are entitled to request a limitation on the continued processing of your personal data as well as request a deletion. In addition, you always have the opportunity to object to the treatment.

We surrender for no personal data other than as stated in item 2 above.

5. Transfers to third countries

We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU / EEA (so-called third countries).
